When can I receive the goods after payment?
Depending on your location
For small orders, please expect 5-7 days by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS.
For mass orders, please allow 5-15 days by Air.
How quickly do you respond to questions?
During working hours on working days, we will reply to customer emails/messages within 10 minutes. During the rest of the time, we will reply immediately after seeing customer emails/messages during work. If due to time difference, we will reply within 8 hours.
What is your re-shipping policy if there are customs or other shipping issues?
If the package has been dispatched and is not detained by customs, but shipping is delayed significantly due to customs issues, refunds will not be supported.
If the package is confirmed to be detained by customs, we will resend it free of charge.
However, we will not provide free re-shipping services if the delay/loss/theft is caused by incorrect customer-provided information (e.g., wrong postal code, wrong phone number) or failure to collect the package in a timely manner.
